It’s crazy, and we’re all guilty of comparing ourselves to others, whether we like it or not. Stop doing it. You should focus on being the best you can be, not wishing were someone else or have something someone has. 

Exercise Frequently 

Get out and exercise at least 30 minutes a few times a week.  If you improve your physical shape,  you’ll have more confidence and feel better about yourself.
